Quote of the Day

One of my favorite portrait photos to remind you that Mother’s Day is just a week away. I love nothing more than photographing a mother and child-is there a greater love?
Want to give Mom something special? Why not book a photo session with her so you have a memory that will last forever? If you’re in the Los Angeles area, you can schedule a session with me through my website www.chattergoldstudios.com.
Not in the Los Angeles area? I’m sure there are many fantastic photographers in your area. Thank goodness for Google! Support small business in your area.
Be the Light.
I just got news that one of my favorite models, Ryan, will be working as a real model in one of the Hollister stores in South Florida over the Christmas minus shirt style. I’m glad to have been the first to photograph this handsome lad.
As a photographer, I’m always photographing other people and rarely do self portraits. I’m now making a conscious effort to try to make this happen at least once a month and call it “Selfie Sunday”- my day of photographic reflection. This image thoroughly reflects my latest obsession with hair blowing around faces in photographs. You can see more of my “hair” pics on my website http://www.chattergoldstudios.com
Enjoy!
One of the reasons I moved to Florida was to take a break from production and pursue my first love and obsession, photography. I will continue photographing in Seattle, of course, but I will miss all of the people I’ve had the opportunity to photograph. There’s something very special in documenting a moment in someone’s life, freezing them in time. It’s a huge responsibility and I treasure the fact that so many people have trusted me with their memories.
I’ve had the opportunity to photograph some really wonderful people over the last year and a half.
Here are some of the people I’ve had the pleasure of photographing recently before my move to Seattle. Visit my company facebook page for more eye candy.
