I had the opportunity to photograph a couple last weekend that is as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. Love radiated from every pore of their existence -makes my job as a photographer quite easy.

This past weekend my husband and I stayed at a lovely old historical inn while in Victoria, BC, called James Bay Inn. Walking through the halls and rooms are like walking back in time. From the wallpaper to the old photos and decor, everything was what you expected from a quaint old inn. I could’ve lounged in the lobby for hours, just reading a book with a good cup of coffee…which yes, they did provide- along with lemon water to quench your thirst. I will be going back.
Need a dose of Spring? I’ve got it for you right here. On one of my photo meditations yesterday, I ran into a flower shop called Pistil Design here in Queen Anne (love the name!). Although spring is slowly surfacing around Seattle in the form of blossoms and small flowers, I needed a real dose of color…and Pistil provided.
